In these Terms:
Goods will remain property of HIS Business Ltd t/a TruWindows until such time as payment is made in full.
Risk in the Goods becomes the Customers responsibility once Goods have been delivered or collected by the Customer, or its nominated agent.
All prices detailed on our website are given in good faith, and the Company reserves the right to alter any price before the Customer places an order, or cancel an order in the event of a pricing error before the product has been dispatched.
Delivery is to UK Mainland only, and unless otherwise stated and confirmed in writing by the Company delivery prices are not included in the price of the product.
A responsible person must be available to accept and sign for a delivery. Condition should always be checked prior to signing for a delivery as returns cannot be accepted once an order has been signed for.
The delivery location must be suitable and safe. Should a delivery need to be aborted due to unsafe conditions of the delivery location, HIS Business Ltd t/a TruWindows reserves the right to charge additional fees in order to complete the delivery process.
If the delivery location is unattended when the Company is delivering the product, the Company reserves the right to charge the Customer for redelivery at a time when the delivery location is attended.
Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, a 12 months manufacturer’s warranty applies to parts failing within that time frame. We offer a 10 year warranty on colour stability unless otherwise notified in writing.
Wear and tear of the product is not covered by this warranty.
Damage caused by incorrect installation or maintenance or lack thereof is not covered by this warranty.
No responsibility is taken by HIS Business Ltd t/a TruWindows for incorrect measurements provided by the Customer. All of our doors are manufactured to the Customer requirements and if supplied measurements are incorrect this responsibility falls with the Customer.
All orders must be made in writing, either on the Company’s ordering form or through the electronic ordering process online.
All payments must be made in advance of manufacturing beginning on a Customers ordered products.
The company reserves the right to refuse any orders from a Customer.
Any variations in ordering must be communicated with the Company in advance of manufacture beginning. The Company reserves the right to charge the Customer incurred costs for amendments to an order once manufacture has already begun. The Company also reserves the right to refuse to make amendments once manufacture has begun.
The Company will make reasonable endeavours to make any variations before manufacture commences, and to keep original delivery dates but this may not always be possible.
We strongly recommend double checking all sizing before an order is placed.
The responsibility for providing all correct sizing and product requirements falls to the Customer.
Any illustrations on the Company’s website or within literature are for Customer guidance only and not to scale or a guarantee of exactness.
Due to manufacturing processes, exact colour matches are not guaranteed but will be matched as closely as possible.
All orders must be paid in full before manufacture can begin. Payment is accepted via BACs.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any Order, for any reason, without penalty or incurring liability by providing written notice prior to manufacture commencing.
The Customer is entitled to cancel an Order by providing written notice within 24 hours of an order being placed, and the Company accepts this cancellation in writing. Any incurred costs as a result of the cancellation will be charged to the Customer, for example but not limited to labour and material costs.
